Booking your Holiday Property - Has never been easier . . .

The following Booking Information applies to all properties listed on our website.
1. We request that ALL reservation enquiries be made using our online Enquiry Form.
2. Upon receipt of your enquiry Algarvian-HolidayRentals will contact you by telephone, email or fax and confirm the details and availability relevant to the Enquiry Form you submitted. Upon acceptance by yourselves we will send you (by post) an invoice that details the total cost and payment dates for both the securing deposit (if applicable) and the balance payment.
3. Upon receipt of your Algarvian-HolidayRentals invoice, you will be required to make payment by cheque or via internet online banking of the securing deposit within 14 days of the invoice date (this value will be a percentage, 30% of the total rental value as indicated in the individual properties "Conditions" Tab) OR the full invoice value if you have booked your rental property at short notice, within six weeks of arrival. Payment should be made to our administration address indicated on your invoice. - Should the securing deposit not be received by Algarvian-HolidayRentals within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, void the invoice and make the rental property available again.
4. A deposit receipt will be sent to you (by post) upon receipt and clearance of your payment. We will also forward a booking confirmation containing details of your reservation and the following information where relevant/available at the time of confirmation:
(a) Your Party's Principal Name and a list of Guests Names
(b) Total Number of Guests
(c) Your Travel Dates
(d) Your Flight Details
(e) The Name and Reference of the Property Rented
(f) Your Full Contact Details
5. The balance payment together with any damages deposit indicated on your Algarvian-HolidayRentals invoice should be received at our administration address no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A statement of account will be sent to you (by post) two weeks prior to the balance payment due date.
6. Upon receipt and clearance of your balance payment, Algarvian-HolidayRentals will post a balance payment receipt. We will also provide information about the car rental representative who will meet you upon your arrival at Faro Airport if you have booked your car rental with Algarvian-HolidayRentals and a detailed location map together with driving instructions to enable you to easily find your chosen rental property.
7. Prices throughout Algarvian-HolidayRentals website are indicated in our base currency £ - Sterling – GBP. Payments can be made by sending a UK GBP cheque or via bank transfer into our UK bank account from anywhere in the world. Certain currency payments may incur a small bank handling charge, this will be indicated on your invoice if applicable.
Please Note - We do not currently offer a facility for accepting Credit or Charge cards.
8. In the event of a guest(s) having to cancel their booking even due to circumstances outside their control, the securing deposit is non-refundable and the balance payment will be subject to a percentage cancellation fee as indicated in the booking conditions for each individual property.
9. The cost of utilities, including electricity, gas and water are included in the cost of the rental, most properties that have telephones offer free local telephone calls - (Please refer to the individual properties "Conditions" Tab).
10. Pool Heating and Central Heating may be a chargeable extra - (Please refer to the individual properties "Extras" Tab).
11. Please Note: Upon arrival of your party, if there are additional guests not confirmed on the booking confirmation, the Property Owners or their Agents/Managers reserve the right to refuse admission to the rental property for those additional guests NOT declared in the original booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Our principal function is to arrange holiday property rentals, we DO NOT arrange flights or sea travel, we DO NOT arrange travel insurance. We DO however arrange Car Rental which is payable directly to the car rental company upon commencement of the rental.
Algarvian-HolidayRentals is not an ABTA bonded travel agency.
12. Algarvian-HolidayRentals strongly recommend guests arrange Holiday Insurance (which should include public liability cover) and a reputable UK based company can be recommended by Algarvian-HolidayRentals.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all properties listed on our website.
1. Algarvian-HolidayRentals endeavours to ensure that all guests experience an enjoyable stay in their chosen rental property here in the Algarve, however Algarvian-HolidayRentals can in no way be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages or thefts involving or caused by guests during their stay at any property listed on our website. (We strongly recommend all guests arrange holiday insurance which should include public liability cover).
2. In the event of problems with, damage to, or breakage's of property, guests are kindly asked to inform the Owner or the Owners Agent/Manager who is responsible for the property. This will enable them to rectify the problem, thus minimising any inconvenience to you, our guests. Algarvian-HolidayRentals can in no way be held responsible for any property problems and/or maintenance of rental properties, damage or breakage's.
3. In the event of substantial damage to any property, as a result of inadvertent or by the deliberate action of guests, repairs to such damage are normally fully chargeable to the guests - (Please refer to the individual properties "Conditions" Tab).
4. Please read carefully the Damages Deposit information relevant to the property concerned, this can be found under each properties "Conditions" Tab.
5. If it is determined that guests are causing wilful or malicious damage to any property or its contents, guests may be requested to immediately vacate the property, most property Owners will make NO refund under these circumstances and clauses 3 and 4 above will apply.
