Casa da Paz is a magnificent villa located West of Loulé in the most peaceful and tranquil of locations. Casa da Paz definitely lives up to its name, "House of Peace”.  Here you will be able to relax in the beautiful Algarvian countryside and enjoy the breath taking panoramic views across the countryside to the sea. Casa da Paz occupies a large plot offering total privacy, as it is not overlooked by any other properties. Casa da Paz is located 15 minutes drive from Faro International Airport, excellent golf courses and the numerous blue flag beaches the Algarve has to offer.  Casa da Paz is only a 5 minute drive from the market town of Loulé.

Casa da Paz is furnished, equipped and decorated to the highest of standards and is a real home from home.  The villa also has the added benefit of air-conditioning in the lounge area and master bedroom. Air-conditioning is already included in the price from May through until the end of September.

This spacious Villa offers very comfortable and luxurious accommodation throughout for four people and is perfect for those who just wish to relax in peace and tranquillity. It is also ideally located for golfing enthusiasts, beach lovers, bird-watchers and for those who enjoy rambling. This Villa is on two levels and is comprised of one large master bedroom upstairs with a double bed, security safe, air-conditioning and a private balcony with views to the sea.  The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit under and marble surround tops and WC. From the bedroom there are also doors leading on to a covered sunroom.  The other bedroom is on the lower level, a double bedroom with views over the pool.  All the bedrooms at Casa da Paz are furnished in beautiful furniture. There is also the added bonus of a shower room located on the lower level next to bedroom two and comprises of shower, washbasin and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of crockery and cutlery and features an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen also has traditional Portuguese granite worktops. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and further fridge.

The light and spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with stylish comfortable seating has Satellite TV, radio/CD player and a wood burning fireplace for the cooler winter/autumn months. The Dining Area has a large dining table with seating for six people and double doors leading into a covered terrace ideal for al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the views and tranquility. 

Outside there is a large garden, enclosed and gated for added privacy.  There is a large 9 x 4.5 metre pool, large sun terrace with sun loungers; table and chairs, parasols and a brick built Bar-B-Q.  A maid service is provided twice a week with a towel change mid-week also.

Casa da Paz is a well placed villa 5 minutes from Loulé in the Central Algarve for visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region. Casa da Paz offers guests superb bird watching and walking paths, a retreat from the stresses of modern life.  Many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food that is available at the many restaurants throughout the area; there are also an abundance of world famous International Cuisine restaurants within the immediate area so there is something to suit all palates.

Access to Villa Casa da Paz is extremely good, however we emphasise that car rental is essential and this is best arranged prior to your arrival. Car Rental is relatively inexpensive and is picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.

A comprehensive welcome hamper is provided with the compliments of the house which includes ham, cheese, bread, butter, milk, water, beer, coffee, tea and sugar.

The property manager will meet you at the Villa upon your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
