is situated near Almancil in the central Algarve, it benefits from being less than a 20 minute drive from the International Airport at Faro and the Ilha de Faro beaches. It is less than 15 minutes from major resorts like Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and is just a few minutes drive from most of the popular championship golf courses and some of the best beaches in the Algarve.

This three bedroomed bungalow style Villa which comfortably accommodates six people, comprises of one double bedroom (which can be changed to a twin) and two twin bedrooms, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning.  There is a separate bathroom with a double vanity unit and also a shower room. The Villa has a well proportioned lounge/dining room with satellite TV, a video and music centre. The spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine leads onto a south facing sun terrace for al-fresco eating which overlooks the mature garden and enticing pool. The Villa is equipped with mosquito screens, air circulation fans, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a wood burning fire or central heating for the cooler months. There is ample parking available and the Villa is close to all necessary amenities.

The Villa is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher although many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food which is available at the many reasonably priced café and restaurant facilities throughout the area. The Villa also benefits from having a large Barbecue which provides an excellent focal point for al fresco entertainment. The pool is shallow and ideal for families with younger children, there is a poolside shower room/toilet and is all set amidst a mature secluded garden.

A weekly maid service will be provided throughout your stay to ensure that fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels are available. The Villa also benefits from having a washing machine and tumble dryer available.

Our gardener/handyman will pay regular visits to the Villa to ensure that the garden is maintained and the pool is clean.

There are many Portuguese bars, cafes and pastelarias close by and several large supermarkets are situated just a few minutes drive away.

The Villa is well situated for exploring the central Algarve, visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf, tennis and other sports or for simply relaxing at a nice Portuguese bar in the more rural inland region.

Whilst access to the Villa is very good we do recommend that transport is arranged prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive and are usually picked up and dropped off at Faro airport. For your convenience, and if required, we can make arrangements for your hire car through a reputable local operator. Please remember all drivers must be in possession of a valid driving licence if you intend to hire a car.

Our local representative will normally meet with you at the Villa the morning after your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems at the Villa. Our representative will also be pleased to offer you advice should this be needed.
