Casa Pescador

Casa Pescador is situated 5 minutes north of the picturesque market town of Loulé in the heart of the Algarve, and is only a fifteen minute drive from the International Airport at Faro and the many nearby beaches.

This spacious Villa offers very comfortable accommodation throughout for six people and two infants and is perfect for golfing enthusiasts, beach lovers, bird watchers or for those who just wish to relax in peace and tranquillity. This Villa is on two levels and is comprised of one very large master bedroom that boasts panoramic seaviews, a double bed, an abundance of fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin, WC, bidet and shaver point. The bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the lower terrace, the ideal spot to have breakfast and take in the breathtaking panoramic seaviews. The other two bedrooms are large twin bedrooms, the twin bedroom on the lower floor with the added benefit of an en-suite shower. Both bedrooms have double doors leading onto large terraces with panoramic seaviews. There is a further shower room with shower, WC and washbasin for use of the other twin bedroom.

The large, light and airy spacious lounge/dining area has recently been re-decorated and newly furnished and has Satellite TV and a VCR player with a good selection of family films available, along with a selection of reading books and large double doors leading on to one of the many sun terraces at Casa Pescador with magnificent countryside and seaviews and a rustic Algarvian table and stone benches. There is also a large wood burning fire for those cooler autumn/winter evenings.

The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with an abundance crockery and cutlery with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and electric toaster. In the breakfast area there is breakfast table with double doors leading onto another terrace leading to the pool. There is also a music centre consisting of a radio/CD player for your use, guests to bring own CD’s. There is also a utility room.

Outside there are many wonderful sun terraces with an abundance of sun loungers and parasols surrounding the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool making this ideal for families with younger children, and from the pool terrace you will be able to absorb the breath taking views of the coast beyond. There is a large brick built Bar-B-Q with further tables and chairs, an ideal spot for that al-fresco dining and an outside shower. There is also a large roof terrace where you can admire the marvellous views from. A maid service is provided once a week to ensure that fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels are available.

Casa Pescador is well placed in the Central Algarve for exploring the countryside, visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region. Casa Pescador offers guests superb walking, bird-watching and a retreat from the stresses of modern life.  Many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food that is available at the many reasonably priced cafés and restaurants throughout the area.

Access to Casa Pescador is very good, however we emphasise that car rental is essential and this is best arranged prior to your arrival. Car Rental is relatively inexpensive and is picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.

A complimentary welcome hamper is provided consisting of tea, milk, sugar, coffee, red and white Wine, bread, butter, jam and biscuits.

There is a truly wonderful Portuguese bar and restaurant close by from where you will be able to experience the real Algarve and the excellent Algarvian cuisine.  The main district town of Loulé is a 5 minute drive from Casa Pescador where you will find everything you need for your holiday, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, post office etc.
