Villa Fazenda Serra is located in the peaceful and tranquil Algarvian countryside 5 minutes from the market town of Loulé and only 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the magnificent beaches and golf courses the Algarve has to offer. 

Villa Fazenda Serra is a totally renovated quinta with excellent views across the countryside towards the coast. The property is arranged on one level and is furnished, equipped and decorated to a high standard. The villa also has the added benefit of air-conditioning that also acts as heating during the cooler winter months.

This spacious Villa offers very comfortable accommodation throughout for six people and is perfect for golfing enthusiasts, beach lovers, bird watchers or for those who just wish to relax in peace and tranquillity.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, large separate walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and shaver point. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and share a second full bathroom with bath with shower over, shower, WC, bidet his and hers washbasins and shaver points.

The kitchen is brand new and modern, fully equipped with an abundance crockery and cutlery. There is an electric oven with gas hob, microwave grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen also has traditional Portuguese granite worktops.  

The light and spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with stylish comfortable seating has Satellite TV, a fogo montanha wood burning fireplace for the cooler winter/autumn months. The Dining Area has a large dining table with seating for six people. The kitchen and lounge area lead out onto the covered terrace which is ideal for al-fresco dining which looks onto the pool area and excellent built in barbecue area. This is an ideal for spot for outdoor meals whilst enjoying the views.

Outside there is a large garden, enclosed and gated for added privacy. There is a large 10 x 5 metre pool, large sun terrace with cushioned sun loungers; cushioned reclining chairs, table and chairs, parasols and a brick built Bar-B-Q.  A maid service is provided three times a week to ensure that fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels are available.

Villa Fazenda Serra is a well placed villa 5 minutes from Loulé in the Central Algarve for visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region. Villa Fazenda Serra offers guests superb bird watching and walking paths, a retreat from the stresses of modern life.  Many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food that is available at the many restaurants throughout the area; there are also an abundance of world famous International Cuisine restaurants within the immediate area so there is something to suit all palates.

Access to Villa Fazenda Serra is extremely good, however we emphasise that car rental is highly recommended and this is best arranged prior to your arrival. Car Rental is relatively inexpensive and is picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.

The property manager will meet you at the Villa upon your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
