Quinta das Rochas is nestled in the hills close to Santa Barbara de Nexe, this lovely modern villa offers a stunning country location with spectacular panoramic views of the countryside right down to the coast and in total peace and tranquility. Reached by a long driveway lined with palms and colourful shrubs Quinta das Rochas offers total privacy from its hill top position and is not overlooked by any other properties. Quinta das Rochas is located in the peaceful and tranquil Algarvian countryside 5 minutes from the market town of Loulé, 5 minutes from the delightful village of Santa Barbara de Nexe and only 10 minutes from Faro International Airport and the magnificent beaches and golf courses the Algarve has to offer. 

Quinta das Rochas is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with excellent vistas that can be enjoyed from the first floor balconies and elevated terraces. The property is arranged on two levels and provides comfortable accommodation for six people, perfect for golfing enthusiasts, beach lovers, bird watchers or for those that just wish to relax in the Algarvian peace and tranquillity.

The large light and airy master bedroom is located on the first floor and has twin beds and a full en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, large separate walk-in shower, his and hers washbasins with vanity units under, WC, bidet and shaver point. From the master bedroom there are large patio doors leading onto large balconies where you can enjoy the stunning countryside and seaviews. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and both have twin beds and share a second full bathroom with bath with shower over, shower, WC, bidet his and hers washbasins and shaver points. One of the bedrooms has double doors leading on to a private terrace overlooking the pool terrace. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an abundance of crockery and cutlery. There is an electric oven with gas hob, microwave grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen also has traditional Portuguese granite worktops and a dining table and chairs.  

The light and spacious lounge/dining area is furnished with stylish comfortable seating has Satellite TV, radio/CD player, a selection of reading books and an open fireplace for the cooler winter/autumn months. The Dining Area has a large dining table with seating for six people.  From the lounge area there are patio doors leading onto a covered terrace which is ideal for al-fresco dining which looks onto the large pool terrace.  An excellent spot to enjoy the views and peace this area has to offer.

Outside there is a large garden, enclosed and gated for added privacy.  There is a large 10 x 5 metre pool, large sun terrace with cushioned sun loungers; cushioned reclining chairs, table and chairs, parasols, outdoor shower and a brick built
Bar-B-Q.  A maid service is provided three times a week to ensure that fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels are available.

Quinta das Rochas is well placed 5 minutes from Loulé in the Central Algarve for visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region. Quinta das Rochas offers guests superb bird watching and walking paths, a retreat from the stresses of modern life.  Many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food that is available at the many restaurants throughout the area; there are also an abundance of world famous International Cuisine restaurants within the immediate area so there is something to suit all palates.

Access to Quinta das Rochas is extremely good, however we emphasise that car rental is essential and this is best arranged prior to your arrival. Car Rental is relatively inexpensive and is picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.

A comprehensive welcome hamper is provided with compliments of the Villa.

The property manager will meet you at the Villa upon your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
