Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Alvor in the western Algarve. Only a 50 minute drive from the International Airport at Faro and 5 minutes from the quality fine sandy beaches at Alvor and several golf courses are nearby.

Casa da Familia is an ideal family choice, this spacious Villa offers very comfortable, modern accommodation for eight people and is perfect for larger families. This Villa is double glazed throughout, is all on one level and is comprised of one large master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two large twin bedded rooms with a separate bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped which features an oven, hob, microwave grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast table. The light and spacious lounge/dining area with seating for eight people has a large ceiling fan and a wood burning stove for spring and autumn months. There is also a large TV with Satellite reception, video and a CD/Cassette player. A cot and high chair is available for younger children (please see our extras section).

The sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool with steps at the shallow end which is ideal for children, the steps also contains a "Bubble" seat. The pretty garden is totally enclosed and has a waterfall/rockery feature and a large BBQ together with lawned areas. The gardener/handyman regularly visits to ensure that the swimming pool is well maintained and the garden is kept to a good standard. A maid service is provided twice weekly to ensure that fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels are available.

Casa da Familia is well placed for exploring the countryside, visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region. Many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food which is available at the many reasonably priced cafés and restaurants throughout the area.

Access to Casa da Familia is very good, however we emphasise that car rental is essential and this is best arranged prior to your arrival. Car Rental is relatively inexpensive and is picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.
